Theater
I back shows that nudge the art form forward. From Broadway debuts to experimental workshops, I look for stories that spark conversation and broaden who feels seen onstage.
Real Women Have Curves puts a Boyle Heights sewing factory, and the women who run it, on a Broadway stage that rarely makes room for them. I backed it for one reason: it widens who gets to feel seen onstage.

NextGen Spotlight
Backing shows is only half of it. The other half is Broadway Cares.
I co-created NextGen Spotlight, the annual benefit our NextGen group throws for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. One night, the next generation of Broadway takes the stage. The money funds meals, medication, and emergency support for people across the industry. Across my years co-chairing the NextGen Network, we have raised $350,000+ for artists in need.
Last September, the 2025 Spotlight filled Green Room 42. Jasmine Amy Rogers hosted, and the bill ran from A Chorus Line's Charlotte D'Amboise to new musicals still in development. Tatianna Córdoba sang from Real Women Have Curves. That is the whole night in one image for me: the show I back and the community I give to, on the same stage. It set a Spotlight record.
